How do I return an item?

In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT at 1-800-367-5653 immediately, please have your order information ready. Cancellations and returns are handled on a per case basis. Standard catalog items are returnable within 30 days of receiving the shipment, however, returns or refunds will not be accepted on any custom, non-stock or production runs.

A return goods authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise from a customer service operator. The returned merchandise should be in the original unopened cartons and must be clearly marked with the return authorization number. Credits will not be issued for any unauthorized returns.

A restocking fee of 25% of the total merchandise will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from the original order and return shipment. Merchandising Inventives, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return. (MII does not return orders of product in quantities over 5000 pieces or orders under $100.)

Additional charges for boxing may apply. All orders should be inspected upon their arrival for any damages or shortages. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products in transit and will be responsible for the filing of any/all claims with the carrier.
